Paver sealing for driveways, patios and pool decks
We clean, re-sand and seal your pavers in a natural, satin or enhanced finish.
Protection that keeps your pavers looking cared for
Sealing helps protect driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways from the things that wear them down in South Florida: strong sun, heavy rain, humidity and everyday use.
- Richer color and texture in the finish you choose
- Helps keep oil, grease, rust and food spills from soaking in
- Helps hold joint sand in place so weeds and moss have less room
- Easier cleanup, because dirt sits on top instead of in the paver

Clean, sand, seal
Sealer only works on a clean surface with full joints, so we do the prep properly first.
Free on-site estimate
We look at your pavers, the joint sand and any old sealer, then give you a price for your exact job.
Deep clean
We pressure clean the surface and the joints to lift dirt, mildew and stains.
Re-sand the joints
Fresh joint sand goes back between the pavers to fill the gaps the weather washed out.
Seal
We apply the sealer in the finish you picked: natural, satin or enhanced.
Natural, satin or enhanced
Natural
Protection with little change to the look of your pavers.
Satin
A soft sheen that deepens the color a little.
Enhanced
The richest, wet-look color. Some surfaces suit it better than others, so we will tell you on site.
Paver Sealing: common questions
Do my pavers need to be cleaned before sealing?
Yes. Sealer has to soak into the pores of the paver, so the surface has to be properly cleaned first to get out ground-in dirt and stains. Cleaning is part of our sealing job.
Why should I seal my pavers?
Sealing helps keep oil, grease, food, drink, leaf and pet stains from soaking in. It can also slow fading, help hold the joint sand in place and make weeds, moss and mildew less likely. Your pavers stay easier to keep clean.
How do I choose a finish?
You can pick a natural, satin or enhanced look. It comes down to what you like, but some finishes are not a good fit for some areas. We bring samples to the estimate and help you choose.
How much does paver sealing cost?
Every job is different, so the only way to give you an accurate price is to see it. We can sometimes give a rough idea over the phone, but the real number comes from a free on-site estimate where we measure the area, check the joint sand and look for old sealer.
